Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicable to all Birla Solutions Internship Programs

1. Program Fee & Payment Verification

When an applicant is accepted and completes the fee payment through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay), a server-verified receipt and enrollment confirmation are immediately issued.

2. Refund Terms & Conditions

We believe in honest, fair business practices. Our refund windows and terms are specified as follows:

Prior to Cohort Start Date: 100% refund (less standard payment gateway processing fees, if applicable).

Within 7 Days of Cohort Access: Eligible for refund subject to [REFUND TERMS] provided less than 20% of module assignments have been submitted.

After 7 Days of Access: Non-refundable due to allocated mentor resources and evaluation seat reservation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please send an email from your registered student email address to birlasolutions.in@gmail.com quoting your Application ID and Razorpay Payment ID.
