1Program Fee & Payment Verification

When an applicant is accepted and completes the fee payment through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay), a server-verified receipt and enrollment confirmation are immediately issued.

2Refund Terms & Conditions

We believe in honest, fair educational practices. Our refund windows and terms are specified as follows:

Prior to Cohort Start Date:100% refund (less gateway transaction fee)

Within 7 Days of Cohort Access:Eligible for 50% prorated refund if < 20% assignments submitted

After 7 Days of Access:Non-refundable due to reserved mentor allocation

3How to Request a Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please send an email from your registered student email address to birlasolutions.in@gmail.com quoting your Application ID and Razorpay Payment ID.
